| b. | Speed limit for all traffic shall be 5 mph in Main Beach Cove except when taking off or dropping off a water skier. Water skiing is not allowed in Main Cove Beach | ||
| 4. | Night time Operation: | a. | All boats over 16 feet must have proper running lights |
| b. | Smaller boats must have a hand-held lantern | ||

| 2. | Life Preservers: | a. | One wearable Coast Guard approved life jacket per person in every powerboat, canoe, kayak, paddleboat, sailboat, etc. |
| b. | Children 10 years of age and under must wear a Coast Guard approved life jacket at all times | ||
| 3. | Spotters: | Any boat pulling one or more water skiers, watertubes, surfboards, wakeboards, etc. MUST have a spotter 12 years of age or older who is qualified to observe | |
| 4. | Extinguishers and Equipment: | Fire extinguishers and flares are required where applicable | |
| 5. | Right of Way: | Motorized boats must give right of way to all unmotorized boats | |
